“And I pull it up [the quick launch bar], where did it go?” LMAO. Great device by the way. I can’t wait to see the final version with a more polished UI.

Brilliant device – if it’s this good pre-release imagine how it will be when it finally goes on sale.

I’ve been waiting for a replacement to my BlackBerry for ages – the iPhone wasn’t an option because of the virtual keyboard and all the other QWERTY devices haven’t come close but no there’s finally some decent competition!

Only reason I didn’t buy an iphone is because it was on AT&T. Well to me, this looks like the perfect alternative. On top of that, its got a physical keyboard to boot. However I’m sure a virtual keyboard will be developed soon for those who can’t live w/o them. Better camera, SMOOTH touch interface like the iphone, 8gb storage, and good web browsing is enough for me :) EVDO, wifi, and gps also help a bit. I want this… NOW.

Everything is awesome about this phone, but what about the “phone”. How is the UI of the actual phone when you try to make a call or something. How do you make phone calls, have conference calls? It is still a phone right? So, show me voice quality, show me phone calling features. Everything is perfect, I just think they should also show the phone acting as what it actually is…..A PHONE!!!

Love how at 3:50 the “Quick Launch” bar doesn’t work and how she has to go to another application in order to demo it. Great QA there Palm.

And couldn’t anyone get that girl a glass of water or a cough drop?!?

i am an iphone user, and pretty pro apple, but that expose function for switching applications is pretty dam nice! but am sure apple already have it developed such functions to a better standard in the new iphone development.. will see

  17. Kazikox Says:

Thank god for the qwerty keyboard instead of those irritating on screen keyboards.

  18. iraptor69 Says:

Ha ha, do you really think that no other iPhone will show up soon? Next generation almost available. Apple is always ahead the others.

  19. iraptor69 Says:

another try to clone the iphone, really ugly design and the font size is for kids learning reading, what a waste of screen space

  20. ilyhuneyhunch Says:

  21. atlaschooty Says:

    cool phone…

  22. xxshady Says:

Very nice interface and gestures, however, the phone itself needs to be faster. The photos loading time was a pain.

  23. DjAnomoly Says:

i think this phone is VERY promising as long as they can get developers and the community behind it like the iPhone has gotten. i would like to see how it handles games and if the browser can handle flash, but i was fine with my HTC touch until i saw this!

There is NO perfect carrier, i’ve been with many of them and have come back to sprint, and i’m very happy with my service and blazin 3G speed

  24. RFLETE1978 Says:

BLA BLA BLA…touch screen, scroll down and up with your fingure, touch the pictures to watch…same thing as the IPHONE. doesnt impress me at all. U ain’t going to beat the iphone with that. Come out with a whole different phone and different look.

  25. backdoorman1971 Says:

this is insane. there is going to be no iphone…this is pretty much top boss now. can’t wait for it on sprint ! woot woot***

finally sprint is getting some real shit
