If this could ever possibly go to verizon i would get it without hesitation. Im actually not with any phone service since i dont have a phone yet, so im trying to decide what service to go with, i want verizon cause i heard it was good, is sprint any good, cause if it is i will definately get this phone.

I was watching a few other videos of this device and it looks impressive. I just can’t understand why they didn’t include Flash in the browser. That would put it way ahead of several devices out now. I hope it at least comes with a YouTube player.

  7. COD594 Says:

dat was currently out at the time

  8. HottiesInc Says:

is every rectangle, touchscreen phone an iphone clone? With WebOS, this phone blows the iphone out of the water.

I’ve been with sprint for six years and was actually thinking of leaving to get the Iphone or stay and get the touch pro. I have a Centro now and love it but the Pre looks fantastic. This should do very well for Palm and Sprint.

    when does sprint release it?

  11. IdleGod Says:

Amazing. I didn’t think I would see the day when another phone could beat the iPhone, but this does. Granted, give the iPhone 6 months and a software update, and it will have all the features. Compared to all of the other iPhone beaters (like the Storm), it is just an all new level of awesome.

  12. HeeneyMeisterRocks Says:

the phone is a bit on the sluggish side. Also if this is not another Iphone clone with keyboard than I don’t know what is. And it has the same keyboard as a centro. Those SUCK.

I was thinking about selling my birthright for this device…

  14. sellerm1 Says:

As soon as I am ready to leave sprint…

  15. SquireofFire Says:

palm said they will release a gsm version of the phone after a while so it cud go to at&t or t-mobile, not sure of verizone tho.

  16. SquireofFire Says:

true a newer iphone might be able to catch up to this UI but didnt steve jobs say that the original iphone was 5yrs ahead of any other phone???

  17. mijebra1 Says:

That quick launch is so freaking sweet! Also, the notification bar at the bottom is a great idea. No more annoying interruptions. I can’t wait to get this device in my hands.

    THANK YOU JESUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  19. chuletts Says:

Wow!! You are truly a lemming!!

  20. jscottupton Says:

The fact that it has a real keyboard, a replaceable battery and can actually send MMS messages gives it a big lead on the iphone. Problem is…I am going to stay with ATT and their rollover minutes.

Not really, the new Card function in this Palm allows for easy multitasking, which is not present in the IPhone and Ipod Touch. Besides, the Synergy feature is quite a new one that can combine all of your calendars and contacts located in different places. Also remember that Palm is the pioneer in the field and Apple learned a lot from it when developing the Iphone

    lol @ apple/iphone homers

Yes, technology is out there to beat the iPhone. No need to let your inferiority complexes show up.

Finally a UI that seems a little ahead of the iphone unlike under [ar Ui like its in the Gphone or the Storm….but it doesnt seems like its too much ahead…Newer Iphone can catch up with this UI.
