  3. malkito2891 Says:

It’s resolution looks great, just like the Samsung YP P2 i had. Its just like the iPhone but business is business..

  4. rceo Says:

The real reason is to enable one hand use! you cant open the width-wise keyboards with one hand. IT’s the bomb!

this CEO guy’s laugh is gay and he’s kind of cute for an older guy. There, I fixed your comment. :)

I saw a video of a CES demo and some dude asked the demo girl to display a video with flash. She pretended to be confused, and so he asked her to go to youtube and, alas, it couldn’t load the video. That’s what I mean by flash. Now, if it’ll install flash automatically, that’d be cool. But considering it just gave the ‘flash must be installed to view this video’ message, I’m sure they’ll work that out… Hopefully.

    it has flash

Ya, My Sprint Touch Pro has some issues like the corners and edges are not as easy to touch as is in the middle. However as far as software goes, the OS is actually pretty solid to me. I had the Mogul which ran the phone with extreme efficiency IMO. The TouchPRO is definitely faster and more eye candy with some nice design features, but there are a few shortcomings…battery, touch screen, LED Keyboard…things like that. Otherwise I like it.

I had the HTC Fuze omg that phone was horrible, fat, they have to work out the screen probs and idk but that phone would suck.. The touch screen made me angry it never went to anything i wanted it to do.. Have you had that problem with WM phones?

u want a contender? an up an comer? one who has not proven itself? i guess i did.

  11. nelo488 Says:

i like this phone. this phone is the best so far

  12. calcmandan Says:

All they need to do is enable flash. Then I’ll take it… A few months after release.

  13. bluepowder01 Says:

you just answered your own question, mate.

  14. MUSICriticNY Says:

boooo to you. Why wouldnt you want an iphone? i mean the simple fact that these multi millionare companies are all trying to attack mimick and out do is quite flattering to the iphne and iphone users a good analogy would be a boxing one . Iphone is champ these are all contenders and i like the idea of knowing i own a Champ lol

  15. MUSICriticNY Says:

to avoid any comparison to the google G1 perhaps

I have an iTouch, and my friend has an iPhone 3G and iPhone. I’ve used it quite extensively and helped him troubleshoot his phone (if any). I never really saw myself buying the phone, cause I didn’t like the many limitations that my Windows Mobile phone actually managed to provide.

I do call it the second US Official one, cause it’s another 500$ unit (200$ sub) just like the first generation. So either way you see it, revision, or whatever, it’s still another money spender.

  17. jerry323 Says:

Well thats why its for people who can afford it and i don’t here that there are any updates for this phone or would be as easy to update as an iphone. Have you owned an phone and iphone 3G if you did well then you must not know how to use a computer if you had a bad experience. You cant really call this one the second one i see it more as a revision because there are’nt really any changes..

  18. Bannue Says:

look at that little thing? it’s 5in long and 3in wide!

  19. thanosied Says:

this does look like the greatest thing since sliced cheese…but i think they slipped up in one area…why make it slide width-wise? why not make it slide length-wise? that way, the keyboard isn’t all smooshed up little beady buttons? and you’d have the screen in landscape mode, which would be better for typing also. Other than that, kudo’s palm…i thought you guys were sinking like the titanic…but all along you were pulling a steve job’s type maneuver! nicely done so far…

i used to want an iphone. badly. now i want this. badly!! says it all, i think.

  24. myp410up Says:

    Thanks for the info!

  25. c433z Says:

ya but that’s just the music. it’s by no means opening up every app in your phone and have them running at the same time.

i love the iphone (it was an industry changer and way ahead of its time) but i’m loving every bit of what i’ve seen from palm so far.

I can’t wait for new Android phones, this phone, and i’m sure Apple’s working on a new iphone OS.
